These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any
dispute arising from your use of this site will be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
IV. Privacy & Data Processing
To operate this site and manage client work, we use a small number
of third-party services for internal workflow purposes, including
email correspondence, project management, and invoicing. Each
operates under its own GDPR-compliant terms and processes only the
data necessary for that function. Your data is never shared with
third parties for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond the
operational ones described here
01. Collection // We collect only what you submit:
name, email, and project intent.
02. Purpose // Your data is used for project
assessment and direct correspondence only. No automated profiling,
targeted advertising, or third-party marketing is applied.
03. Retention // Enquiries from projects that do
not proceed are deleted after 12 months.
For clients who proceed to a paid engagement, financial records
including name, address, and invoice details are retained for seven
years in accordance with HMRC requirements, regardless of the
12-month enquiry policy above.
04. Access & Security // Your data is accessed only
by the director of Vernalia Studio Ltd. It is never sold, shared
with third parties, or used for any purpose beyond the one stated
above.
05. Your Rights (UK GDPR) // You have the right to
access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold
about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address
below. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may lodge a
complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
To invoke these rights or request a manual purge, please submit
your request to the email address listed in Section V.
